Support for the improvement of public employment training services.
Starting point
The Servicio Navarro de Empleo- Nafar Lansare (SNE-NL) is an autonomous body of the Government of Navarre whose main task is the planning, execution and control of employment policies, from training for employment, through guidance to placement.
The SNE-NL relies on technical assistance to support it in the development of its functions, participation in projects or for the analysis of its services. Iniciativas Innovadoras has been collaborating with the SNE for more than a decade.
What did we do?
We work with the SNE-NL management and the responsibles of some of its services and sections, in identifying and specifying improvement opportunities.
Specifically, in recent years we have collaborated in the development of the following tasks, among others:
- Design and coordination of the "Lingua Empresa" Programme to improve the effectiveness of language training for employees.
- Identification of Immediate Needs of Professional Profiles and Training Needs in Companies in the Sakana Region.
- Design of an Action Plan for the "Iturrondo" Training Centre, including analysis, diagnosis, definition of strategic lines, action plan and road map.
- Development of a Training Programme for the acquisition and development of key competences (mathematics, language, languages and digital).
- Preparation of a Diagnosis and Improvement Plan for the Vocational Training System for Employment in Navarre.
