Design, Formulation/writing and Submission of Projects

We offer an integrated service during the four phases of the European projects´ preparation.

At first, in the design phase, we adapt the projects/ideas of our clients to the priorities and requirements of the selected programmes; we define the objectives and principal activities of the project; and we find the most suitable European partners for the development of the European project proposal.

Secondly, during the formulation/writing phase, we define in cooperation with the partners the objectives, results, working plan, monitoring indicators, budget and financing plan, following the Project Cycle Management methodology (PCM).

In the third place, in the submission phase, we manage all administrative matters deriving from the requirements and demands of the programme call and we submit a project proposal for its financing.

Finally, we support our clients in the evaluation phase of the project and in the negotiation of grant or subsidy with the programme managers.
