Preparation, Presentation and Management of Multilateral and Bilateral Projects

We analyse the international tenders by identifying those which correspond to our knowledge areas and business capacity.  

We collaborate with other entities and consulting firms specialised in the preparation and presentation of proposals: Identification of members and experts, working plan, task sharing and budget, formalisation of consortium decisions, completion of administrative forms and presentation in due time.

Furthermore, we are in charge of the project coordination: Activity planning and monitoring, administrative and economic-financial monitoring, preparation and participation in meetings, writing of progress reports and certifications of expenditures, participation in audit processes, support in the communication strategy and divulgence, implementation of systems and tools for a well-operating cooperation among the members, etc.
