Participation in Multilateral and Bilateral Projects

We participate in international economic development projects, offering beneficiary entities our expertise and experience in the following areas:
Public administration, local and rural development, R&D&I, entrepreneurship and business creation, social economy, ICT and Information Society.

Within international consortiums and networks, we work on the design, development and implementation of international cooperation projects, financed by Multilateral Financial Institutions (MFIs) and by bilateral Development Cooperation Programmes.

Our priority geographical areas are the following: Candidate countries to enter the European Union, south-Mediterranean countries, eastern-European countries and Latin America.

Preparation, Submission and management of Multilateral and Bilateral Projects.
We monitor and analyse international tenders, identifying those matching our areas of expertise and business capacity.  

We collaborate with other entities and consulting companies specialised in the preparation and submission of proposals: Identification of partners and experts, work planning, task and budget distribution, formalisation of partnership agreements, completion and submission of administrative forms in due time.

Furthermore, we manage and coordinate projects: Work and activity planning and follow-up, administrative and financial monitoring, organisation and participation in meetings, development of progress reports and cost certifications, participation in audit processes, supporting the communication and dissemination strategy, implementation of systems and tools facilitating cooperation among partners, etc.

Accompaniment and Opportunity identification
We carry out a continuous monitoring process of international tenders by the European Union (EuropAid) and other Multilateral Financial Institutions (World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, etc.) and provide our clients with any information on suitable opportunities.
